All coaching services offered are trauma-informed and intended for emotional support, self-inquiry, and personal development. However:
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
You must be 18 years or older to access coaching services unless formally agreed otherwise.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional or medical support.
By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge:
Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your physical and emotional well-being.
Any relevant physical, mental, or emotional health concerns have been disclosed ahead of time.
Retreats may involve somatic practices, gentle movement, breathwork, or emotional release.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a refund (minus applicable admin fees). Cancellations within 7 days may not qualify for a refund. In rare cases where a retreat is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or refund.
Session bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.
Accurate and up-to-date contact information must be provided at the time of booking.
All payments are processed securely and are listed in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
All personal information shared in coaching sessions or retreats is kept strictly confidential, unless:
Required by law or court order.
There is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
All text, images, resources, and visual content on this site are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Content may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.
