About Me

Welcome, I’m Sarah Jane.

I’m a trauma-informed and life fulfilment coach, space-holder, and retreat facilitator dedicated to guiding individuals back home to themselves.

My approach to coaching is deeply informed by both personal transformation and professional evolution. I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Research and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and I spent over two decades building a career in the pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccines, and food and beverage industries. Most recently, I served as a Quality Manager and member of the Senior Leadership Team — a role I loved for its strategic impact, responsibility, and growth potential.

I loved the working long hours, I thought that’s what ambition required. I had always believed that success meant pushing harder, showing up more, doing better. Until one day, my mind and body said no more. Burnout crept in. That was the turning point. I made the courageous choice to pivot from a life that I had spent over two decades curating, in line with my self-motivated career plan to become a life coach.

What followed was a deep period of self-inquiry and change. I started to ask questions like – what do I truly want from life? I re-evaluated everything and began the real work of rebuilding from a place of clarity, alignment, and intention. This allowed me to explore my passions and focus on enhancing my coaching skills. I trained with world-renowned master coaches. This experience broadened my personal and professional horizons and solidified my belief in the power of human potential when met with compassion and curiosity.

During this time, I also spent a considerable period of time writing books (my favourite escapism) and travelling across Asia and Europe, forming connections, soaking in culture, and reconnecting with my sense of purpose.

Now, I guide individuals and groups to build a life that’s fulfilling — one rooted in authenticity, emotional safety, and deep self-awareness. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, or retreat work, I’m here to support others in rediscovering who they truly are beneath the layers.

Our Approach

My approach is rooted in compassion, presence, and the deep belief that healing is possible for everyone. I work with people who are ready to gently reconnect with their inner wisdom, release old patterns, and reclaim their full, embodied selves.

I understand trauma not as what happened to you, but as what happened inside of you as a result. I help you safely explore and integrate the past—so you can live more fully in the present.

With a foundation in somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care, my work honours your pace, your story, and your sovereignty. It is about remembering your wholeness.

My practice is grounded in the values of safety, choice, collaboration, trust, and empowerment. Whether you’re navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or long-held pain, I hold space for you with gentleness and grounded support.
