This retreat is a sanctuary for those navigating the emotional aftermath of toxic, abusive, or codependent relationships. It’s a space to find clarity, reconnect with yourself, and build the foundation for safe, loving relationships going forward.
We explore how experiences of abuse shape our core beliefs around love, trust, and identity, and how to gently unravel those patterns to reclaim your sense of self.
You may find yourself afraid of being hurt again in a new relationship, constantly overthinking or second-guessing your instincts. It might feel like you’re stuck in a cycle—numb, emotionally overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. You may be struggling to make sense of your past, questioning whether what you experienced was really abuse, or wondering if you’re “too much.” Sleep might be disrupted, emotions difficult to regulate, and trust hard to rebuild. There can also be an underlying shame or pressure to keep quiet, making it even harder to find your footing.
By the end of this retreat, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of trauma, abuse, and co-dependency, along with deeper insight into your patterns and how to shift them. You’ll leave with practical tools to support your healing day to day, and a renewed sense of emotional clarity and confidence. This is a space where self-compassion grows, where you feel seen and supported within a caring community. Most importantly, you’ll reconnect with a grounded, embodied sense of who you are and step forward with more trust in your values, your voice, and your inner truth.
We blend mind, body, and spirit through trauma-informed practices, group connection, somatic work, and nervous system regulation. Healing begins with remembering who you are.
